Choosing a Server
For the fastest speeds, connect to a server closest to your physical location. To access content from a specific country, connect to a server in that region.
Best for speed
Always pick the server geographically closest to you for maximum speed.
The app shows all available servers and their current load so you can pick the best one.
Switching Protocols
If you experience slow speeds or connection issues, try changing the protocol in the app settings.
Best for speed. The fastest protocol for most users. Use this as your default.
Best for reliability. Use this when UDP is blocked by your network or ISP.
Best for mobile. Handles network switching (Wi-Fi ↔ cellular) without dropping the VPN connection.
Best for compatibility. Works natively on most operating systems without additional software.
Legacy support. For older devices that don't support modern protocols.
Connecting Multiple Devices
Your account supports up to 10 simultaneous connections. Install the app on your phone, laptop, tablet, TV, and more — all connected at the same time with a single account.
Download the app on each device from the App Setup page.
Enter the same VPN username and password on each device.
Connect — all devices are protected simultaneously.
