1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SoloFlight, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all users worldwide.

2. Service Description

SoloFlight provides VPN access accounts powered by third-party enterprise VPN infrastructure. We offer account management, billing, and customer support. We resell VPN connectivity and do not operate the physical servers ourselves. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue service at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use SoloFlight for: illegal activities of any kind under applicable law, unauthorized access to computer systems or networks, distributing malware, ransomware, or spam, conducting DDoS or volumetric attacks, infringing copyright or intellectual property rights, child exploitation material, or any activity that violates the laws of your jurisdiction. Violations result in immediate account termination without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Your VPN credentials (username and password shown in your dashboard) may not be shared with others — each subscription covers the number of simultaneous connections stated in your plan. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

5. Payment and Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle via Stripe. All prices are listed in USD. Taxes may apply depending on your location. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice sent to your registered email address.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current paid billing period with no further charges. All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

7. Service Availability

SoloFlight is provided on an 'as is' basis. While we and our infrastructure partner strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions, maintenance windows, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you paid to SoloFlight in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoloFlight disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Use of the service is at your own risk.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved by contacting [email protected]. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
